Purpose: This webinar will educate providers in the management of heart failure, including oral regimens, consideration for minimally invasive procedures, and advanced therapies.

Objectives:

1. Define heart failure
2. Define and recognize guideline-directed medical therapy
3. Identify available minimally invasive procedures for patients with heart failure
4. Identify patients that require subspecialty evaluation

Target Audience: Primary care providers, nurse practitioners, palliative care specialists, pain specialists, registered nurses, advanced practice nurses, registered nurses with a specialty in palliative care/hospice, social workers, allied health professionals, fellows, residents, and medical students

Criteria for Successful Completion:

1. Attendance at entire session
2. Submission of completed evaluation form

Physicians: The AAFP has reviewed MJHS 2025-2026 Interprofessional Webinar Series, and deemed it acceptable for AAFP credit. Term of approval is from 09/18/2025 to 08/31/2026. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
