Reservation instruction

1. Open your Outlook Calendar.

2. Click “Home” tag, then click “New Meeting” button.

3. Click “To” button to choose the meeting room you want to reserve, then click “OK”.

4. Fill out Subject and Details, choose Start time and End time.

5. Click “Send” button, done!

6. Check your email for response. If you see declining, try to reserve another meeting room.
