Purpose: The goal of this webinar is for the participant to acquire the knowledge and skills to provide hospice and palliative care nursing for individuals with chronic illness.


  1. Assess and screen for dyspnea, anxiety, and depression
  2. Articulate best practices for management of prevalent symptoms of chronic illness
  3. Integrate didactic learning into practice

Target Audience: Nursing administrators and managers, nurses, and healthcare coaches

Criteria for Successful Completion:

  1. Attendance at entire session
  2. Submission of completed evaluation form
