Purpose: The goal of this webinar is for the participant to acquire the knowledge and skills to provide hospice and palliative care nursing for individuals with chronic illness.
- Assess and screen for dyspnea, anxiety, and depression
- Articulate best practices for management of prevalent symptoms of chronic illness
- Integrate didactic learning into practice
Target Audience: Nursing administrators and managers, nurses, and healthcare coaches
Criteria for Successful Completion:
- Attendance at entire session
- Submission of completed evaluation form
